With the Caribbean season nearly upon us, we wanted to round up the best new openings and things to do on the island.
First up is the new addition to the Rocks Group family – Rokuni. Nestled on a cliff at Nonsuch Bay residences, the restaurant is located on the eastern side of the island. The team behind Sheer Rocks and Catherine’s Cafe have created an Asian-inspired menu and combined this with the normal Rocks Group style and flare. The restaurant serves both lunch and dinner around the pool with day beds and loungers available to hire as part of the Rokuni experience programme.
Opening on the exclusive Princess Diana beach, Nobu Barbuda marks the first beach club for the Robert De Niro-owned company. Designed to create privacy in an ultimate setting, the restaurant will have a number of ocean-fronted cabanas that can be rented for the day with ultimate VIP experiences also available. The menu will feature best-selling items like their famous miso black cod along with fresh and seasonal fish caught locally.
