Pearns Bay House has not one, but two outdoor yoga decks perched where the garden meets the beach so you can sit as the cooling gentle breeze washes over you and complete your relaxing Yin yoga session at the end of the day.
We work with local Yogi instructor, Clemmie, who can visit the house to give you a 1:2:1 session or a small group session for you and your guests. Having trained in both Rishikesh and London, Clemmie’s sessions have a strong energetic flow with lots of opportunities to breathe, try new things and above all relax.
If you decide to venture beyond the house, there are many other yoga and pilates studios including Yoga Antigua who teach various classes across the island, or Energie Studio at English Harbour, which offer a large range of pilates, yoga and exercise classes.
If you prefer to work out from the comfort of your own home, we can arrange personal training sessions in the fully equipped gym or on the beach, a full body massage looking out to sea or a meditation class as the sun goes down on the terrace.
