From ocean to plate, our approach is refreshingly local. Fish like wahoo, mahi-mahi and red snapper come straight from nearby fishermen. Fruits and herbs—including mango, papaya, avocado, basil and lemongrass—are picked from the villa’s own tropical gardens. Even the eggs and chicken come from Hall Valley Farm, just a few miles away.
Working with trusted suppliers like Fresh Meat and Seafood Antigua, Hall Valley Farm, and local vegetable growers, CK ensures that every dish is rooted in seasonal goodness and crafted with care.
